Normal benefits as most companies but much higher deductible. 401K matching, 2 weeks paid time off. It's comprehensive, but it's high-deductible only. Company arbitrarily takes away 401k and replaced with stock options for over a year. Great benefits to include discounts, insurance, time off, 401K. Lack of support during enrollment periods. Horrible place to work. There is no job security. Management does not care about you. Employees are often under very high stresses just to meet the near-impossible deadlines on projects. Everyone there is on anxiety in fear of losing their job. You cannot trust their management. They were rude and disrespectful.
