People have posted images of the “Your Deck was reported as stolen” message on Reddit and one person tried to RMA theirs and Support said they could not help for the same reasons. It makes life with a Steam Deck very difficult it seems. All steam decks have the same model number. Each steam deck does have a unique serial number. After submitting a BB complaint against FedEx, a customer service complaint, and several trace team/QA agents the only thing I gained was a headache.
