UNP and its variations offer better vanilla and DLC coverage. Some mods of interest like IA also have UNP patches. The last time I checked for CBBE's remodeled vanilla/DLC armors, only the Dragonborn one was complete, the vanilla one is still unfinished, and only the Vampire Armor was covered for Dawnguard; everything else past that is revealing armor.

My advice is choose whatever armour or clothes matters to you then pick the body / beauty mod according to which fits well.
