I am running a Mini Maxx dpf and egr delete since around 110,000, new 68RFE transmission with extended pan and a trans cooler. The issue began on a morning commute to work.The cause: about 100K miles prior, 5th gear had come off. The repair performed involved a thrust washer. The thrust washer came off, went through the gear case and was caught on the magnet on the bottom of the tranny case.
