Sooo it’s February 2023 and I am still having this issue on Madden 23 Game Pass. I had my Xfactor ability for the first season and now it never works. It doesn’t even show up on the pre-game screen. I’ve tried resetting my abilities and skills, turning them off and on, neither of which helped.Always new lineup. You need to take the players out of the lineup. Removing the x-factor is not enough. So whoever had an x-factor, that you no longer want to have an x-factor on, remove them from the lineup completely. Give your new player an x-factor, put the old player in.My guess would be that you're exceeding the AP limit and not the XFactor limit. Generate a new line up. I had to do it a few days ago after I packed LTD Deion and added an X factor to him and took it off mills. Worked fine after that.
