From quick googling it looks like your phone (Huawei P30) was released with Android 9 and was later updated to Android 10. Official yuzu needs Android 11 or better so you can't use it. The game now runs at a higher resolution (higher than 720p) and performs somewhat better at sixty, although caching does bring with it stutters here and there. That’s not a problem.
