It handled so much better the support than this new Organic support, in Cura it needed only one tree to accomplish all where support was needed (only 4 point on the print) where in this new alpha, prusa slicer makes 3 tree support for these 4 point on the print..If you want long term support (10+ years), reliability and want something that you might need to modify easily in terms of software, stick with C++ (Prusa slicer). I think Cura might have more bells and whistles but I see it will not last in the long run as compared to Prusa slicer in the next 10 years or so of the same software version.
