F150 air conditioner not blowing.

My 1998 F150 4.6L Xcab is not blowing hot air. I replaced the blend door, and verified that it is actuating via the dash switch. The heater core is HOT, both hoses are hot. The problem is airflow - I'm getting NO airflow thru the heater core at all, and a lot of airflow thru the a/c core regardless of switch position.Many times these come from the plant in the "off" position, and there's no whistling sound when they're closed like the front ones.
